    Very interesting to learn this. Cities existed at a time when I don’t think most companies had standardized layouts. I remember some different looks. I kind of miss that! Today, everything is the same….and boring. Thanks for your comment.

    Wow, that was groovy seeing the Cities Service commercial. My dad used to run a B.P. service station. When it closed up in the late 70s, they took the B.P. sign down, revealing an old Cities triangle underneath. In fact, the building looked exactly the same as in the commercial… I wonder if Cities had a standard building layout, or if all garages were the same at that time?
